Eric did a phenomenal job with the purchase of my first home. While touring several properties he was quick to point out observations about the condition of the home and expected maintenance required. He helped me find a place I liked very quickly. During a first round of negotiations he worked hard to get me fair terms from a stubborn seller. He fully supported me with no pressure when I chose not to move forward. We quickly found a new property which I ultimately purchased. During this process, Eric answered texts and phone calls quickly and at flexible hours. He was available every step of the way providing me frequent updates, answering questions, and advocating for me with the other involved parties. I never felt pressure or rushed and felt fully informed by the end of the process. He had excellent ideas on strategy to place a competitive offer that secured me a desirable home in a competitive market. He was friendly and appeared to genuinely care. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Wendy was absolutely fantastic. We were looking to buy a home in Connecticut while moving from Michigan. Because we knew that homes could sell quickly in CT, we reached to Wendy well before we had a buyer on our place in Michigan. While waiting on a buyer in MI, even though we had a real estate agent in MI, Wendy was open to answering questions about our sale after our home sat on the market longer than initially expected. She also checked in regularly to see how things were going and to give us some updates on the CT scene. When we were finally ready to search in CT in earnest, Wendy sprang into action and went above and beyond to virtually show us all the homes on our list almost at a moments notice (not more than 24 hours after we requested). She took detailed videos of each property, especially noting sensory items that we would not be able to pick up on video, gave excellent and entertaining overviews of the neighborhoods and things to do in the area, and was available for a debriefing call to go over each property and answer any questions we had. When we had a serious short list, she was able to coordinate with family we had in the area so we could get a first-hand opinion from our family on the home since we couldn’t be there in person for ourselves. After our offer was accepted but before we closed, the home sustained some water damage and meant we bounced around hotels for about 2 months during the fix. During that time, Wendy was tenacious in tracking down what ended up being a pretty negligent seller’s realtor and unprofessional seller’s lawyer to try to get answers and status updates on the repairs and expectations. Now that that debacle is passed, we couldn’t be happier with the home we ended up in and so much of that is due to Wendy and all her hard work. If you’re looking to buy a home in CT, you simply cannot find a better realtor than Wendy.

Going through the process of finding our forever home wasn’t easy at first. We were overwhelmed by the idea of navigating everything on our own. Thankfully, we used an app that connects you with a local realtor — and wow, the person they sent us was an absolute godsend! From the very first day we met AJ, we instantly felt at ease.
