Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and made the home buying process seem effortless. The delivery of the information was very straightforward and I felt she really was looking out for me and had my best interests in mind. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and experience. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying around East Hampton and I’m so thankful I did. Tracy was ALWAYS available for home tours and was very responsive, even when she was on vacation!

Tracy gave me great advice on how to prepare my home for sale. Her help and the outstanding photos taken resulted in multiple offers above asking. Tracy also was a great advocate for us when we made offers to buy our dream home negotiating the best deal and always had our back through the process. She is kind always cheerful and great fun to have represent you.

Hi, all, Tracy was incredibly instrumental in selling our house in Connecticut. She helped from day one with setting a realistic price to the last day of closing and beyond. She arranged for various services such as pictures, house cleaning, septic tank maintenance. Communications were prompt and on point, by way of cell phone, email and texts. I could not ask for anyone better to represent us in the house sale.

She provided a great deal of patience and expertise during the process, but something I considered the most valuable is she adapted to my styles and preferences when viewing homes. She also ensured that any offer submitted was competitive, yet fair in order to protect my interests. I had 100% confidence in Tracy that I was being guided properly and fairly during unprecedented competition in the housing market. I enjoyed working with her so much doing the buying process, I requested she sell my prior residence. She ensured my wants were taken care of and provided advice to ensure the best overall offer was selected. She patiently answered dozens of questions to assist me in making an informed decision. As a first time home buyer in such a competitive market, I had such a great experience with Tracy when buying my condo! She is dependable, super responsive and always gives her much needed honest advice. Since everything was new to me, she guided me through the process as seamless as possible.
