Susan genuinely cares about her clients and always, always goes above and beyond. We have been consistently impressed with her expertise, patience, and knowledge of Dana Point and the surrounding areas. She helped guide us through the negotiation and has stayed engaged long after the sale. Susan has a great network of service providers (general contractors, designers, hvac, electrician, plumbing, etc) and she actively connected us to them. If you like to work with people who check in, follow up, and close the loop, you’ll love Susan. She’s the most engaged and responsive agent we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!

I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy a home in the Dana Point area. As first time home buyers and new to the area, she was invaluable in guiding us through the process. She spent time getting to know us and our preferences and she knew right away when a home was or wasn't for us. She's a great communicator, incredibly responsive, and an overall joy to work with. She helped us purchase our home as the backup offer despite other higher offers because she knew what the seller valued. She is truly the best realtor in Dana Point and we could not have asked for someone better to work with on our journey purchasing our first home!

I can't say enough about how much we loved working with Susan! Susan is one of the most thoughtful and kind people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! She is attentive and patient, and really creative with getting the deal done. My husband and I were blown away by Susan's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond her job while we were in escrow. She was so helpful in finding us vendors and resources to make sure we had the peace of mind in making our purchase. I truly cannot recommend Susan enough- we have bought a few homes over the past decade and our experience with her was truly top notch.

When it came time to sell my father's home in Nellie Gale, our first thought was of Susan Chase as we knew her personally and were not that impressed with the other realtors we had interviewed. Boy, are we happy we did! Susan was proactive, professional, and creative. She had great ideas about staging and minor touch-ups which we never would have thought of...things that cost little but increased the appeal of the home. She was on top of the process from start to finish and had backup offers in case we needed them. And the marketing and networking strength of Compass Real Estate was phenomenal as well. At it turned out, the home sold and closed very quickly, in what we were concerned was a down market, for over asking price. We cannot recommend Susan Chase of Compass Real Estate highly enough.
