We had sold our home recently (Sujatha helped us sell it 25K above ansking price) and needed to rent an apartment to stay. She helped us narrow down our search and guided us through the renting process. Whenever we had any issues during the application process, Sujatha was there all the way, helping us navigate through the problem by working with the landlord’s agent. Extremely Professional & courteous experience with Sujatha in selling a home & buying a home with in a span of 3 months for us. Has been upright & professional, never gave any expectations that are way high, rather she provided the market value and tried her best to beat that value in selling our home & got us a dream home that I have been waiting in a community for 5 long years.
