Sujatha is the best!! We have worked with other agents in the past and the difference was wide and clear. She preps you well during the initial stages, gives pointed advice on what needs to be done before putting up the house for sale, she helps you find the right people for the job, she follows up diligently and gets the work done. She guides you all the way from staging the house to the closure. We faced delays with CO, and here also her expertise came in handy, she guided excatly how to deal with the officials, who to reach out, and how to communicate the urgency. She was also caring for our buyers, and helped them as well, although not representing them. Overall, a great agent, guide, and partner for all real estate related needs. We were extremely happily surprised to get much over our asking price, in a competetive market with several similar homes within the same community. Btw, she also was our agent when we first moved to Marlboro, and helped us buy our first home. We recommend her fully for buy, or sale of your property.
