Karen and her team did an excellent job. They took their time getting to know our house before coming up with a price. We appreciated that. They helped in all stages and kept us informed. From assist with bringing in a stager, to photos, to inspections and everything else that came up, they were on point. Nothing was overlooked and made the entire selling of the house painless. Whenever we had questions, they were only a phone call away and answered the questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Karen and her team to anyone looking to sell

We had a wonderful experience working with Karen. I highly recommend having her as your realtor if you are looking to buy a home. Outstanding for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home . Her whole team of Michelle and Mike round out a great professional group to work with. In yesterday’s mail 8 months after our closing we received additional copies of our closing statements in order to help with our 2024 tax preparation. Talk about service WOW!
