We put our house in East Brunswick up for sale in June of 2025, and we listed it with Ofir Hillel as our seller's agent. As a well-built house in the desirable Colonial Oaks neighborhood with four bedrooms and three baths, we figured that it would sell promptly. We were wrong. What we did not know was that it was a time with a soft market. It took longer than we thought. It was a period of great worry and anxiety. However, we are indebted to Ofir for his skill and patience. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all of our questions. He always returned our phone calls promptly. In the end, he marketed our house effectively, even in a soft market. We highly recommend him!
