Julianne is a seasoned professional. She knows how to adapt to different scenarios that came up during the sale of my moms condo. She is very responsive. She also has a in depth knowledge of pricing in the market. I feel we got top dollar for her place. Julianne is a great person to have in your corner when selling.

Julianne did a great job in getting my condo sold. She always had her finger on the pulse of what similar condos in the area were selling for / had sold for. I hadn't sold or purchased real estate in nearly 25 years, and Julianne was responsive to any questions that I had (and I had many). She always responded to all of my texts in a timely manner. The advice she gave me, based on her years of knowledge, was always spot-on. She (and her husband Anthony) are quite friendly and always made me feel comfortable.

Excellent experience working with Julianne. Had a negative experience with a prior agent and Julianne made everything right! She is professional while being warm and friendly. She is very responsive and keep you updated. She is passionate about her work and really advocates for her clients. Do NOT wait to use her to sell your home. She got my home sold in no time. Highly recommend her services. If I could give her more stars, I would!
