We've known Steven for about 3.5 years but it wasn't until 8 months ago that we were able to buy and sell our home with Steven. During the 3.5 years, Steven has been professional, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and works hard for our interest. He's extremely prompt whenever we message him with an interest in viewing properties. His promptness was vital to us in a market where it was extremely competitive. A particular moment we recalled Steven going above and beyond was when a seller's agent provided misleading information on a home and we had already gone through the inspection to find out the feature listed was nonexistent. Steven went and fought for our inspection fees to be refunded, he succeeded! What could have been a negative experience was far from it. It was because of Steven's knowledge and expertise in real estate that we were able to recover the inspection fees. He protected our interests and experience. This experience is what encouraged us to continue working with him and referring him to family and friends. When we decided to list our home, Steven met with us to discuss what we needed to focus on to create a smooth selling process. Steven's photography team showcased our home so well, we received a verbal offer the same day our listing went live and it was $10K over listing. Along the way, Steven negotiated hard and well for us. We were able to sell our home at the price we wanted and close timely, that's impressive! Steven represented us in our new home purchase by helping put in an aggressive offer, $30K seller credits. He successfully secured the $30K seller credit for us; another great testament to his abilities in showing up for his client's interest. Not only were we able to get substantial seller credits, all the inspection issues that came up as part of the home purchase were addressed and to our expectation. We can't recommend Steven enough! We've come to know him as a friend and as a professional. His high standards, strong work ethics, and passion for real estate is what makes him stand out. Steven and Diverse Reality group made buying my first home (a duplex) a much less stressful experience than I was anticipating. Steven was always available to answer my Many questions and give me his expert opinion. Being a real estate investor himself made me confident that he knew what I was looking for and I ended up with exactly what six hoped to find. Most highly recommended!

We are totally happy with our experience with Diverse Realty Group and especially our outstanding realtor Steven Tran! Steven helped us every step of the way. He always made himself available and was ready to answer all of our many questions. Steven always looked after our best interests and really cared about what we wanted. He also went above & beyond in scheduling everything and even did our walk through when we couldn't be there.
