Steve recently helped me buy my first home and I couldn’t have had a better experience. He’s highly knowledgeable not only about the market but also about the conditions and constructions of the homes we saw. He was always respectful of my budget and my preferences, and at no point out any pressure on me to budge. He’s very responsive which makes a huge difference in a market that moves as quickly as San Diego. Can’t recommend him enough!

I was referred to Steve by my aunt, a realtor out of state who wanted to be sure that she was putting her niece in good hands, and I could not have been more fortunate. This purchase had many moving parts and Steve handled it expertly. My partner and I utilized a VA home loan, combined entitlement, while he was forward deployed. Needless to say this was no easy task. This being our first home, Steve guided me through the process and had our backs through every hurdle, keeping me updated at every turn. He went above and beyond, connecting me with vendors that helped estimate the work needed, which I will be using in the future. He was able to secure us an amazing contract for a great home, and negotiated us an exceptional closing deal, putting our money back in our pockets. Whether it is a VA purchase, investment, project, or simply a single family home, he is knowledgeable about it all. Any chance I get, I will be directing friends and family his way. I couldn't be more happy with how this experience was with him, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

As a first-time home buyer, I was confused and wondered where to start! I found Steve’s contact from my friend and reached out to him. Steve setup an initial Zoom call and explained the entire process. He went over few important concepts and caveats that proved decisive later in getting my house. His expertise and guidance played an important role in making me a homeowner in the competitive San Diego market. The process went smoothly and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable regarding the entire process and always a great resource. His attention to detail is impeccable and he finds things you would generally miss when viewing the property. He offered his opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. Steve was always available – I mean always like any day of the week available, even often after hours. Very fast to respond and always provided accurate insights and answered all my queries. I’ll definitely reach out to Steve in the future and I highly recommend him to all buyers/sellers out there!

Steve helped me in 2018 to buy my first apartment, and this year he helped me sell it. He was very professional and helpful along the process. I cannot express enough how good of a job he did. I would highly recommend him to everyone in the San Diego area!

Buying a home in this market can be an intense and stressful process, but Steve Meyers made it seem easy. After an initial call, he set up a Zoom meeting to run me through the process. Then we immediately started visiting apartments. When I found a place I loved, he help me come up with a strong offer that was accepted. He was right with me through the closing process, and continues to address my questions after close. I really enjoyed working with Steve and would highly recommend.
