This is our first time working with Amy and we have never actually met her. Our experience with Amy was amazing! Amy not only possesses strategic ability she also has tactical ability; a very rare combination that a select few professionals have. Not only can she see what's not normally seen and plan for most all eventualities, but she can also execute the plan she created. It's been said that people gravitate to what they are good at, and Amy is very, very good at her craft. Amazing Amy allowed this absentee seller to continue with his demanding career by providing answers and timely communication before either were requested. Clearly every part of Amy's life must be in order as there seemed to be nothing more important than the outcome of this transaction, and given what we have learned of her, that cannot be true as she must be in great demand by others. Amy Gandel is the real deal, and I am not a man prone to fabricating a story or adding color to paint a picture. There is no better real estate professional than Amy Gandel in our minds and we, like most everyone else, have bought and sold several properties. We are extremely grateful to have found her.

Amy Gandel was fantastic throughout the whole process of finding and buying a home to suit our family. She was patient and understanding looking for the perfect home, checking all the boxes for what we were searching for in our new home. We contacted Amy about 18 months later when the decision was made to sell my mothers home following her unexpected passing. We followed her expertise to prepare the home prior to placing on the market and in closing the deal. We received top dollar for the home. We highly recommend Amy!

I can't say enough good things about working with Amy Gandel. I was the trustee for my mother's estate and lived 400 miles away from Simi Valley. My brother had recently passed away and this was a very difficult time for our family. I was referred to Amy by my mother's neighbor who also had high regards for her. Amy took charge of the sale of my mom's home (a definite fixer upper) and sold it within 2 weeks. The buyer was also being difficult but Amy set them straight. Amy also found a new home for my mom's parakeets. I wish she lived near me in Sacramento as I would have a real estate agent for life.
