Amy Gandel helped us sell a house in Port Hueneme in July 2024. It was formerly a rental that needed a lot of work to get ready to market. Amy's experienced input helped us decide which details called for fixing, replacing, or refreshing. She offered contact info on proven contractors when we asked for referrals on certain projects where we needed professional help. Once all the work was completed, she put together a thorough market comp analysis report and recommended a target price that proved to be right on. We had two full price offers in the first week from qualified and pre-approved buyers. We chose the offer we felt best about overall and Amy did a great job working with the Buyer's agent to negotiate resolutions on a few inspection details. She communicated regularly to keep us up to date along the way. Amy's expertise made this a smooth transaction from beginning to end.
