Joel is amazing! He helped me purchase my home and took care of EVERYTHING from start finish. I was out of state during the closing process but Joel kept in contact with me every step of the way. As out of state buyers, we needed a professional with knowledge about the communities that we were interested in. We chose Leslie and Les because of reputational feedback in the Saddlebrook and Saddlebrook Ranch communities. My wife and I flew to Arizona to purchase a house ASAP due to my medical issues necessitating a quick relocation from our high elevation Colorado residence. During the process of choosing a community and then a house, Leslie and Les were knowledgeable about every aspect of both Saddlebrook and Saddlebrook Ranch and the homes listed in those communities. They expedited multiple home viewings in a compressed timeframe and on short notice.
