Myra was professional and punctual. She clearly cares for her clients. Myra sold our home in record time. It was listed at the end of September and it sold by the end of December. Very pleased with her and Oracle Land and Homes. I would highly recommend using them for all real estate needs.

Stephen went so far above and beyond in helping me buy my first home, I am so grateful I had him in my corner throughout the process! I am known for my attention to detail but Stephen caught several details in the homes we visited together and analyzed everything with my goals in mind, he taught me so much and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and calm me down when I got nervous during the process. He has continued to help me after closing with coordinating contractors, and he even took a cut out of his own commission to ensure the details of the finances wouldn’t impact me when there was a change needing to be made by the other party. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, driven to keep things on schedule, and I’m convinced anyone with the savings can buy their dream home with his guidance. This group treats your success like it’s their own, they are so honest and never pushy, and truly invest in helping you to your goals. Joel is amazing! He helped me purchase my home and took care of EVERYTHING from start finish. I was out of state during the closing process but Joel kept in contact with me every step of the way.
