Smita is a pleasure to work with. Starting from the first meeting, she took the entire burden off us. From putting the advertisement, finding the tenants, background checks, to lease signing, everything happened so smoothly and without any delays. On top of that, she has a whole network of other professionals, like insurance agents, photographers, relocation people and home renovation contractors who she made available to us and they all were equally good.
