Silvia was incredibly helpful and patient with us in the process of purchasing our first home! It was a challenging time to purchase a home but Silvia made the steps simple and she was great at negotiating with the seller and also exhibited great patience and grace with us as we were so brand new to the whole process. She always made herself available to us and was very knowledgeable about the current market we were in.The purchase of a home is a daunting one and Silvia walked us through everything and helped us see it was doable and a great investment. We would highly recommend any of our friends to work with Silvia!

If every prospective buyer/seller had Silvia on their side, the world would be a better place. No, seriously! When we started our buying journey in 2020, I reached out to Silvia and asked what felt like a million questions. She answered all of my questions, and provided great context and examples. She guided us through the entire process with grace, patience, heart, and brought us so much joy. With Silvia’s help, we bought our first home in Garden Grove and the entire journey only lasted about 3 months from putting together lists and touring to getting our keys. Silvia has since then become a great friend to us and we’re looking forward to learning more from her in the future about real estate investing and, of course, to get our future homes! Silvia helped us buy our 1st home. We didn't know what we were doing but she guided us every step of the way. With the crazy market, she fought for us and negotiated with the seller's agent. Couldn't have done it without her. She's definitely someone you want in your corner.
