He knows the area and the market and is a total professional in the way he handles his clients as well as how he communicates to the seller and their agent. Stefanie did an amazing job with us! She helped with even our most insane timelines, got absolutely beautiful photos, videos, and 3D walkthrough of the home, and advocated amazingly for us during the sale of our property. She also represented us as buyers for the very same property when we initially purchased and did fantastic on that side as well. I would more than recommend Stefanie regardless of whether you're buying or selling. You won't regret it!

Stefanie was an outstanding realtor from start to finish. She goes above and beyond to ensure the process is as easy as it can be for the buyer, and recently helped my husband and me with the purchase of our first home. She came highly recommended to us and exceeded our expectations with every step of the process. She was very prompt with communication on both sides (us and the selling agent), assisted with scheduling inspections, and coordinated us with various individuals needed in the homebuying process (recommendations for lenders, insurance, repairs, etc.). Her vast experience, knowledge, and connections in the Orange County community helped us to involve the best people for the job in all areas of the process. It was clear throughout the process that her clients are a huge priority and she truly cares about helping them find the best home and situation for them. We would definitely engage her again in a future purchase or sale, and we would recommend her to anyone else we know who is buying or selling a home in the SoCal area.

Our experience working with Michael was more than what we could have asked for. Michael was always in contact with us, was readily available, and very flexible with our schedules. Michael always had knowledge on homes for sale in the areas we were interested in, and never hesitated to contact other agents. Michael made the home buying process seamless, especially since we were first time home-buyers.
