When we first decided to pursue selling our home, Shontelle cam recommend by our previous agent who had since retired. On our first meeting, she laid out a plan on how we could likely expect the process to go. Everything she said turrd out to be right on the money, and she negotiated and closed over asking. Couldn't be happier, and if we ever return to Lincoln, I'll give her another call.

Shontelle is the best!! She helped our family purchase our first home. You can tell she loves what she does and that she truly cares about her clients. She's easy to work with, honest, and is extremely knowledgeable. We would give her a 10/10 if we could!

I would work with Shontelle again in a heartbeat! We purchased a home that was in the process of being built. When things got difficult with the builder, she went to work for us and represented us in a calm professional manner. She was always honest with us and if she thought we were being unreasonable, she would let us know but always offer another option. I have worked with several realtors before, but she is by far the best realtor I worked with. If you want a realtor with integrity and honesty, Shontelle is the realtor for you!

This is our 2nd home buying experience with Shontelle, we obviously loved working with her the 1st time that we came back to her. Shontelle knows Lincoln and the surrounding communities and has a wonderful knack for the appropriate, budget friendly and community her clients desire when looking for a home. I highly recommend Shontelle, not only for her expertise but how well she treats her clients and she never makes you feel like a "customer" but rather someone she truly wants the best for.
