Having been a former REALTOR myself, I understand the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful in the Real Estate Industry. So when it came time for both of my sons to need the services of a professional real estate agent I felt like we needed to do our "homework". After making many inquiries of local agents, we found Sherry! She is very friendly, honest and helpful! No matter when we called or texted for assistance she was super quick to reply. I think a couple times she even dropped what she was doing to make an appointment time work for us! I was looking for an agent to sell my home and I reached out to Sherry Anderson with Kline May Realty. Sherry impressed me the moment I opened the door with her friendly and personable demeanor. I gave her a tour of my home and she spent as much time with me in reviewing what skills she had and experience. I had so many questions because I truly was undecided about if I should sell now or wait. She asked questions about what my needs were and tried to help me make a decision that would be best for me. She was never pushy and I felt my questions were answered. She knew the market and she knew what the market was like in my area. She let me know how she could stage my home to give me the best price. She truly impressed me and I would highly recommend her!
