Shelli is great! A true professional with tons of knowledge of the local market. She's easy to reach for any questions. She's made buying and selling homes easy for me with no hiccups. She's also pulled comps for property tax protest and given advice on our outdoor patio cover and how that would affect our home's value.

Shelli has a plethora of knowledge on recommendations for my home when repairs were needed repairs due to normal wear and tear issues. We thought about possibly moving but changed our mind and just upgraded our kitchen instead. She’s always happy to help and is easy to reach when I have questions. She Has become a dear friend of mine ??

Shelli sold out home, and had multiple offers, in the first day. We were SUPER picky choosing the home we’re in now, but Shelli was incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. We were so impressed at how hard working and knowledgeable she was, all while always keeping our best interest in mind. She’s seriously a gem!

Shelli was absolutely phenomenal at helping us find “our” house. Even though we were on a somewhat restricted timeline, she didn’t ever try to talk us into homes that weren’t what we were looking for (in fact, quite the opposite- she talked us OUT of several homes.) She has the ability to see past what is to what could be, and that’s big. She successfully negotiated our purchasing home (and the one we were selling at the time) amidst several buyers and knew when and what to bring up versus let it ride. We really enjoyed working with Shelli- we’ve been with her through the purchase of two homes and one sale. Definitely recommend.
