Jamie is the best hands down - She is extremely helpful, informative, professional, and hard working! As first time home buyers, my husband and I were a little overwhelmed by the entire purchasing process and had so many questions. Jamie walked us through the entire process from the very beginning, explained all of our options along the way, made us feel prepared, comfortable, and confident from start to finish, and helped us secure our dream home quickly and efficiently! Jamie works fast and ensured that we were able to change our search areas when requested, gain access to every house that we wanted to tour, and submit an appealing offer when the decision was made. She answered our questions promptly and never once kept us waiting. I cannot imagine going through this process for the first time with any other realtor! Jamie was beyond exceptional, and I would highly recommend her and the Sunny Darden Team to anyone who is considering purchasing a home in the area. 11 out of 10 stars!

It was a pleasure working with Amy McCarty. We were just out at one of the open houses in the area, and Amy happened to be there. She chatted with us and then followed-up with a phone call to ask if she could help us find our dream home. Amy is very kind, helpful, professional, and persistent. She's always on top of communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. If you want someone to fight and advocate for you during the stressful home buying process, Amy is your person!

Sunny and Jane are amazing. We were nervous about selling our home in a difficult environment while building another house but they handled everything to make the process as easy and stressfree as possible.
