Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She was with us through every aspect of our new build. Heather helped us with the blue tape process and having that extra eye was so great to have. Shelley guided my wife and I through the process of selling our home; did not push her opinions but took the role of advisor and her input helped us enormously in successfully selling our home at a competitive price in record time. Shelley has truly been such a pleasure to work with. She helped us from the time we decided to put our house up on the market to securing our new home. She took the time to understand our goals and formulated a plan to move forward so that we can be in our new home ASAP. Her knowledge of the real estate market and her ability to negotiate led to a quick sale that was well within the sale price range we were looking for. Have to share that Shelley is obviously connected in the market. Just about every person we encountered, whether it was other Real Estate agents or visiting various builders’ sales offices, they all had such warm feedback and compliments to share about Shelley and would let us know that we can were in great hands. Although we understand she has many clients and can appreciate how busy she is, Shelley made us feel like we were her only clients. Pretty sure anyone that has worked with her will say the same. In the rare chance she wasn’t available, Chris was able to step in and did so seamlessly.
