I'm so glad I took a friend's advice and hired Sheila to help me sell my condo. Sheila put me at ease right away with her friendliness and positivity. She listened to my concerns and gave useful advice. Throughout the process, she responded to my calls and texts the same day, usually within minutes. Best of all, I knew I could trust Sheila to help me through the nerve-wracking twists and turns of negotiations. She is one tough lady! Sheila has been a wonderful buyers' agent! She has advocated for us every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with our new home. As out of state buyers, Sheila was able to show us homes during a packed weekend and was even able to add very last minute showings for us to view. Being new home buyers we had many questions, Sheila was very accessible and great on the phone and we felt at ease after talking with her each time; she was thorough and very knowledgeable. We hopefully won't need to relocate anytime soon, but will definitely reach out to Sheila again for her expertise.

Sheila went above and beyond to help us sell our condo! She was very courteous to our tenant who was renting, and didn't make her feel put out during a showing. She's the BEST!! I would highly recommend Sheila in buying or selling a home!
