I'm providing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Jackie Mack and her team. We recently sold our family home in the north Chicago area following a death in the family, and the property required significant renovations beforehand. Living out of town, this added layer of complexity could have been incredibly challenging. However, Jackie went above and beyond by recommending reliable trade professionals and even proactively monitoring the renovation work on our behalf. This level of support was invaluable and truly eased a difficult process. I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and her extensive experience in the real estate industry is clearly evident.
