I’m so grateful to Laura for all the work she put in throughout the entire process. She is extremely responsive, flexible with showing times, knowledgeable about the area and pointed out things in various homes I would have not thought of. She worked diligently with the whole team (lender, attorney etc.) and she has an amazingly positive and uplifting disposition. It was a pleasure to work with Laura. We interviewed 5 highly recommended real estate agents in our decision about who should represent us in the sale of our coop. The best real estate decision we ever made was to retain Jackie Mack and her firm. The presentation of her services was head and shoulders above the others. Jackie herself is tremendously accomplished with such a deep knowledge of the Evanston real estate scene that every question we raised—and we raised a lot (!)—was well answered from her well of sales experience in our area. Her intimate knowledge of Evanston enabled her to recommend services of every kind that are part of a sale—lawyers, stagers, movers, painters, antiques dealers, downsizing specialists—and everyone she recommended worked perfectly. Jackie herself is unflappable, always re-assuring, and highly professional. She responds quickly by phone, text and email. And her team runs like a smoothly oiled machine with competence and warmth. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone buying a house or condo. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and very well-connected. She is also very pleasant to work with. Jackie is a hard worker. She once told me I could call her while she was on vacation in Europe!
