I first met Mo back in 2016 when my parents bought their house with him. My wife and I worked with him again in 2022 for our first home, but it was during our latest search for our forever home that I really saw how good he is. Mo showed us probably 30 houses over the last two years. He knew exactly what we wanted and never let us settle. More than once he talked me out of making an offer because he knew it wasn’t the right fit. That kind of honesty is rare. We didn’t put in a single offer until we found THE one, and when we did, Mo timed and structured it perfectly- no bidding war, no overpaying. Even after closing, Mo stayed in touch. He helped us with renovations, gave advice on pricing, and even vetted contractors for us. And when I had a renter interested our previous home, he actually encouraged me to rent it out instead of selling with him - even though selling would’ve meant a paycheck for him. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of guy he is. At the end of the day, Mo just cares. He knows the business inside out, but more importantly, he wants what’s best for you and your family. Buying a house is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and there’s no one else I’d want on my side.

Mohammed is our realtor for life. We used him to find and purchase a property. He gave us his honest assessment throughout the process and was never pushy to purchase before we were ready. He went to bat and advocated for our needs with the seller. His knowledge of the local market and contacts within real estate were crucial in helping us find and secure a contract. He is exceptionally honest. We had 2 other realtors but finally took the suggestion from our extended family (who themselves had used his services 2x). We are very happy with how he handled everything and are grateful our family referred him to us. He is an excellent, responsive communicator. Cannot recommend more highly!

I purchased a home from Mohammed. His team did an incredible job remodeling the home, they really thought of everything when rebuilding our house. He was not only responsive, helpful and knowledgeable but what really sets Mohammed apart is that he really cares. He cares about his clients and cares about feeling welcomed. He goes above and beyond a realtor/contractor. I would highly recommend purchasing from Mohammed or doing any kind of business with him.

Mohammed Iftikhar is very aware of the market, he is doing this for a very long time. It was great collaborating with him in finding a new home. We were first time buyer and he made this process very easy and simple and explained everything in detail. He is not pushy and and understood our needs completely and showed us properties that matched our range. He is very smart, reliable, efficient and one can depend on him completely. Great guy with great skills.

Bought two properties and very happy with the service provided by Mohammed. Hes not your average agent he really treats clients like family and make sure he does everything he can to get you the best deal. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for their next purchase.
