Erika was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. We had been in our home for 30 years. Moving out our house after that amount of time was stressful & very emotional. Her compassion is what made us to decide to work with her on our new home, and to sell our old one. Way to go Erika!!!

Not only did she accommodate all of my ridiculous scheduling requests, her connections with lenders, inspectors, and other specialists made the entire home buying experience an absolute pleasure.

Nikki helped us purchase land to build a home and sell our home, and she was great to work with! She is knowledgeable and answered all our questions as we went through the land purchasing process, as well as looking out for our best interest in regards to which property we bought. Her market knowledge and guidance through the selling process got us a great offer on our house in less than a week at a sluggish selling time. We would recommend Nikki to anyone buying or selling!
