Shatay was one of the only reasons our first house buying experience ended in us find and getting our dream home! She was available to schedule home tours at any time, had super quick responses to any questions or inquiries, and to top it off was knowledgeable and sweet from start to finish. We could not recommend her enough to any future home buyer. We couldn’t thank her enough! ??

Shatay did an amazing job helping me purchase my first house. As a first time buyer I had many questions but she walked me through everything, was super helpful, and made the whole process very painless. She always picked up the phone, was very responsive and helped me find an amazing house. Will certainly work with her in the future!

I was a first-time home buyer as an investor; when I got introduced to Vishal. He worked me through the process from negotiation to closing seamlessly. He provided thorough answers to my questions. Since this was my first time buying a home, I had a lot of questions. Vishal dealt with professionalism, trust, and a calm demeanor.

My husband and I initially chose Shatay because prematurely worked with her in our home buying process months prior. With this being our first time we should have done more research as asked questions but we jumped head first into it got preapproved and submitted offers . An she was great so I only wanted to work with her when we was actually ready.. (so I thought) the second time around was not a good experience from beginning to the end.I never once seen Shatay face only phone calls and mainly text messages but it didn’t bother me we explained to her we were waiting on our preapproval she then said we should apply with caliber home loans just to get us started because they are much faster at these things which we did an they responded within the hour. We found a house we liked she sent her assistant we submitted and got an accepted offer..by then our lender sent us the approval an we informed her. We chose this lender because with them we qualified for different programs being this is our first time buying a house and with caliber we had to go conventional which it would have saved us NOTHING. Once we told her this she then got upset and we felt as if she was trying to bully us into staying with caliber saying the sellers was backing out because they ONLY accepted our offer because Caliber home loans was on our documents.and they felt like we lied to them. We then did some research on our own and called her back with the. Information we found she then changed it all saying we were fine. Furthermore once the process had started we never once felt she was on our side we never once felt confident in anything she said because she wouldn’t respond or wait until days later to respond to us. The WHOLE PROCESS was very stressful I ended up spending 5 weeks in the hospital with complications in my pregnancy her first response when we got towards the end WAS NOT CONGRATULATIONS or anything it was how did we start working together in which after all of the drama we was going through I really didn’t remember still not once have we seen Shatay face we have seen her assistant ONLY! We had to reach out to her the entire time when it was time to sign we knew nothing about what we was doing it would have been very reassuring and respectful had she showed up at least ONCE even to get our keys 60days later I truly believe had I not sent her a message asking her of a time she would have said nothing to me. It’s strange because I thought when u buy a house your realtor is present when u get your keys. To take a picture of u an your family and everything. Overall I would not recommend her to ANYONE segment is in it for the money ONLY AND NOT HER CLIENTS!
