Against my better judgement I hired Shatay to sell my condo and help me with a new purchase. She was supposed to come and install a lock box on the property but that never happened. So when a potential buyer came I actually showed them the property. Had I known this was going to happen I would’ve just put it up for sale by owner. Each time a potential buyer came Shatay would never tell me what they said voluntarily. I always had to reach out to her and ask what was the feedback. It was always a guessing game with her. Communication was nonexistent from this realtor/ broker I got so frustrated working with her. When it was time to close on the first place she only told me the time not the location where the closing would be. When it was time to purchase my second place. It seem to me she was working more for the seller. I asked Shatay to find out if there would be any HOA assessments and she insisted there was no way to find out. But she could’ve found that out by calling the people who manage the HOA. And I found out there will be some type of assessment for repairs on the property. Which will be quite expensive and to make matters worse. She didn’t tell me where the closing was going to be for the place I was purchasing. Total disregard and she received a lot of money from me selling and buying another property. I think Shatay Acevedo is in real state only for the money.

Nick was a great help! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am glad I was referred to him and he helped me find the perfect home. I will definitely be returning and referring all of my family and friends to him. I felt comfortable with knowing he wasn’t just trying to sell me a home. He made sure I was happy with what I was purchasing and showed me homes that were in my price range.

Shatay was one of the only reasons our first house buying experience ended in us find and getting our dream home! She was available to schedule home tours at any time, had super quick responses to any questions or inquiries, and to top it off was knowledgeable and sweet from start to finish. We could not recommend her enough to any future home buyer. We couldn’t thank her enough! ??

Shatay did an amazing job helping me purchase my first house. As a first time buyer I had many questions but she walked me through everything, was super helpful, and made the whole process very painless. She always picked up the phone, was very responsive and helped me find an amazing house. Will certainly work with her in the future!

Billy is a very nice and pleasant gentleman to deal with. He went beyond our expectations in helping us try and find a home. He’s gets the job done. I would highly recommend him any day of the week!
