I personally cannot recommend doing any business with Dominic Triveline or Zeoli Realty based on my experience. I contacted Dominic to help me purchase an investment property. Dominic represented me as my buyers agent. I purchased a property that Dominic owned, and as part of that transaction, we had agreed to have a third-party inspection done. However, I never received the inspection report. After closing, I discovered extensive damage to the property—none of which was disclosed to me in any way by Dominic. I informed Dominic and Zeoli Realty that I intended to share my experience publicly if they did not attempt to resolve the issue. The total estimated cost of repairs was approximately $10,000, based on a professional assessment. In an effort to resolve this civilly and in good faith, I offered to personally cover roughly half of the repair costs, provided Dominic would cover the remaining half. We both agreed to these terms and signed paperwork. I completed my portion—around $5,000 worth of repairs—in the first week of January. Despite agreeing to the same January deadline, Dominic has yet to complete his share. Throughout this time, Dominic sent me multiple text messages indicating that he had purchased materials and had begun the repairs. This started back in November, giving me the impression that things were moving forward. As time passed and no progress was made, I grew concerned and followed up with him. He eventually admitted that none of the repairs had been done. Based on this experience, I do not believe the business was handled in a professional or trustworthy manner. As of the time of writing this review, neither Dominic nor Zeoli Realty has made any further effort to resolve the matter.

Had such an awesome time working with Lisa!! We had a bit of a pause in our search for a bit after we first started with her but when we were ready to start looking again we picked right back up where we left off and found a home in no time!! Very easy closing process too, Lisa helped explain everything well to me as a first time home buyer. Thank you so much Lisa!!

Lisa knocks it out of the park in every aspect of the home buying process and had all the connections to make the process streamlined and simple will recommend her to everyone I know and if your reading this review find her and find your home the easy way

Lisa is great to work with, she was patient with us & she communicated with us every step of the way. I definitely recommend her if anyone is looking for a home or selling a home. Great experience with her & my parents enjoy her as an agent as well. Amazing

LIisa, Professionally did an awesome task helping us with the sell of our House. Her experience in the region and the ability was well versed which left us with no doubt that she was delivering it. The final price was agreed upon and she acted on it positively. She was very friendly and politely too. She was not in a rush detailing each and every aspect of the stated transaction. Henceforth we would not approach any other Staff. Keep the good work
