Stay Away from Dominic and the Zeoli Group – Misrepresentation Cost Me Thousands I had a terrible experience with Dominic and the Zeoli Group during the purchase of my home. As part of my agreement, I requested that specific repairs be completed before closing. Dominic represented that these repairs would be handled — yet when I closed on the home, I discovered they were never done. This misrepresentation left me with thousands of dollars in repair costs that should not have been my responsibility. When I brought this to their attention, I received no accountability, no assistance, and no resolution. A realtor’s job is to represent their client’s best interests with honesty and integrity. Instead, Dominic and the Zeoli Group failed to deliver on promises, misrepresented the condition of the property, and left me paying the price. If you are considering working with Dominic or the Zeoli Group, be very cautious. Based on my experience, they do not follow through, and the client is the one left to suffer the consequences. I would never recommend them to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, or trust in such an important transaction.

I personally cannot recommend doing any business with Dominic Triveline or Zeoli Realty based on my experience. I contacted Dominic to help me purchase an investment property. Dominic represented me as my buyers agent. I purchased a property that Dominic owned, and as part of that transaction, we had agreed to have a third-party inspection done. However, I never received the inspection report. After closing, I discovered extensive damage to the property—none of which was disclosed to me in any way by Dominic. I informed Dominic and Zeoli Realty that I intended to share my experience publicly if they did not attempt to resolve the issue. The total estimated cost of repairs was approximately $10,000, based on a professional assessment. In an effort to resolve this civilly and in good faith, I offered to personally cover roughly half of the repair costs, provided Dominic would cover the remaining half. We both agreed to these terms and signed paperwork. I completed my portion—around $5,000 worth of repairs—in the first week of January. Despite agreeing to the same January deadline, Dominic has yet to complete his share. Throughout this time, Dominic sent me multiple text messages indicating that he had purchased materials and had begun the repairs. This started back in November, giving me the impression that things were moving forward. As time passed and no progress was made, I grew concerned and followed up with him. He eventually admitted that none of the repairs had been done. Based on this experience, I do not believe the business was handled in a professional or trustworthy manner. As of the time of writing this review, neither Dominic nor Zeoli Realty has made any further effort to resolve the matter.
