Working with Jasmina as my real estate agent has truly been a blessing. From the very beginning, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient—she took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. What really stood out to me was how down-to-earth and easy to work with she is. I never feel pressured or overwhelmed, and she always makes sure I feel heard and supported. Thanks to her expertise, warmth, and dedication, I feel at ease during what could be a very stressful experience. I can’t thank Jasmina enough, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fourth time working with Sharif. He sold my parents house after they passed. Once again I was blown away at his professionalism, work ethic and market knowledge. The house sold in less then a week and I got the price I wanted. We had a few hang ups with legal matters pertaining to the passing of my parents and their estate but Sharif never skipped a beat. He got the job done with no headaches and on time. He is truly the guy you want in your corner for any of your real-estate needs. I highly highly recommend him!!!!!

Tyree was incredible !! His communication skills are top tier and his organizational skills are superb. I’m so grateful that we aligned (and I don’t believe in coincidences) because he made a stressful situation not stressful at all. He was patient and he was swift. Tyree coming into our lives as our realtor was heaven sent. After countless negative experiences with other realtors Tyree truly became our knight in shiny armor. He took time to understand to my families needs, concerns, and what we were looking for in a property. Most importantly, he applied his active listening skills and provide my husband and I with great feedback regarding where we were in our process. His attention to detail help negotiate some inconsistencies and lack of communication being the listing agent, is, and our landlord. Tyree has great leadership skills which also met that he took initiative to get things done (no micromanaging needed). Tyree has gone above and beyond to make sure all issues were settled on closing day. I will continue to work with Tyree with other property adventures but more specifically, I will continue to refer my loved ones and friends because I know they will be in the best hands. He is truly a realtor that cares.

I can't express how much Tyree helped me find a tenant for my home. Tyree and his team were strategic with the process to ensure my property had a high level of foot traffic to see my property. I had plenty of offers to select from was able to secure my tenant in under 30 days!
