Fran helped find us a fantastic home for our son to grow up in and we are so grateful! She showed us a handful of houses and I love that she would give her honest opinion when she felt like a home wasn’t right for us. As soon as we arrived at the house we ended up buying she said “this is it. This is the one”. She was right! She is extremely knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and a great advocate for her clients. To top it off, she’s hysterically funny and a joy to be around. She took care of us until the very end. 10/10 would recommend Fran to anyone.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! I would like to thank Ms. Fran Judas for an exceptional home search, an outstanding communication skills and home purchase closing. Ms. Judas secured a home purchase for me in a fixed time frame that I needed. In less than 2 months Fran was super effective and very attentive to all of my concerns and questions as a first time home buyer. With her guidance and connections I was able to go through the entire process smoothly and promptly. Ms. Judas was recommended to me by my friend, Mrs. R.T., who was happy with her services as well. Without hesitance I reached out to Fran and I’m happy that I made such decision in early February 2022. By early April I became a happy homeowner! Fran was a pleasure to work with! We were relocating from out of state, and had some unique needs. She was able to immediately find us the perfect home! Its beautiful! She was always responsive, took her time to explain everything and helped us all the way through the process! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
