My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jayne this past year while purchasing our first home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her - she is professional, knowledgeable, patient and was extremely flexible with our crazy work schedules. Most importantly, she had our best interest at heart and refused to let us settle for anything less than what we wanted. My fiancé and I first contacted Jayne via email about one of her current listings at the time. She immediately responded that the listing was already in contract but would be happy to help us find something similar in the area. We scheduled an appointment to meet with her in person. Jayne was very patient and took the time to get to know us. She offered great advice helping us narrow our search to exactly what we needed and wanted as first time house buyers. From our initial meeting we both knew we were not going to find a more knowledgeable, dedicated and hard-working realtor. When we put an offer on a house, Jayne was a helping hand every step of the way from contract to closing. She made what was a difficult closing less stressful by always looking out for our best interests, resolving issues that arose and immediately responding to any questions or concerns. We were very lucky and extremely happy to have Jayne (and her husband Dave) help us buy our house!
