Justin was reliable, on time and communicateed consistently. He also addressed any concerns about the house that I had and remained in constant contact letting me know what documents were needed and checked in periodically to make sure things ran as smoothly as possible. The process was painless and he did all of the leg work in a timely manner. In addition, he was friendly and personable. I didn't worry in his hands. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I was even able to close on the week I requested. Which made things more efficiently and conveniently for me. He had a through knowledge of the process and walked me through each step and what was to be expected. I would definitely, recommend him to others who are looking for a realtor who is precise, pays attention to detail and client needs. I am grateful for such an excellent experience.
