Shane did an incredible job! He took the time to understand the unique points of the property we were selling. He knew the neighborhood. He went above and beyond , including obtaining multiple offers, and especially once we were in escrow and the buyer’s contractors caused some problems that Shane quickly corrected. He was instrumental in keeping the buyers engaged and moving forwards with the contract. Shane’s experience resulted in a fair offer and a quick escrow. His easy going demeanor, so “un-American Beauty” (why do so many realtors behave like that character?) was much appreciated and generated trust all around. I have already referred him to friends in need of his services.

Shane was magnificent. He was extremely patient and ensured all of my criterias were met. He explained everything along the way. He was able to sell my condo and find me my forever home. He has a beautiful dog too ?? Thank you Shane for your experties, patience, and passion.

He was attentive, great with communication, and has followed up after our purchase just to see how we are liking the house. Very personable, extremely flexible in his schedule to accommodate ours, allowing us to view multiple homes in a short period of time. Extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Felt comfortable during the entire process

Jim was amazing! He was our biggest advocate during a very stressful time while selling and purchasing a home after just having a baby! The pictures of the home we sold made us question if we really wanted to sell!! The open house was amazing. Just his whole process on selling a property was professional and smooth.
