Me And my wife had such a great experience with Eder morales, he is such a knowledgeable person when it comes to explaining every detail, he made us feel confident in every step we made. We are very thankful for how well he helped us and how he was always available to answer any question or concern we might of had. If We had to sell or buy a house again We would definitely choose him again. Thanks Eder

So this review is long over due since we’ve been in our house for about 3 months now. But I can not begin to tell you how incredible Eddie Morales is. We first got with an agent who just wanted us to go with the first house and kept showing us houses that we didn’t like. Then, we met with Eddy who sat down with us and explained the whole process. We did a couple of offers and then finally we got an offer accepted on our home. We are first time home buyers and this process was scary , exciting and just stressful at some points but I could not be more pleased to have work with Eddy. He found our dream home. He found the place where our kids will grow, a place we get to make changes, and a place we are so happy to call home. I’ve recommended Eddy to a bunch of people already just because he is the most easiest and stress less person to work with. He is incredible and I would recommend him a hundred even a thousand more times to be anyone’s real estate agent. Shanan Group has a great team also. Anytime Eddy was busy they always had someone else to help me.

We are first time home buyers with no knowledge of the home buying process. We initially met Shanan through a Zoom call to get to know her and have her walk us through the home buying process. We wanted to work with someone whose company we enjoyed and initially clicked after meeting her two doodles on Zoom! Shanan is well connected in the Kansas City area with other agents and has a great eye for issues a buyer may encounter in the home search process. She helped to educate us while walking through homes about issues to look out for. In the current market, we lost a two homes before we had an offer accepted and even on that property we were one of seven offers. On the home we purchased we were not even the lowest offer but Shanan's relationship with the seller's agent and a tailored offer with all the seller's desired terms helped us to win the house of our dreams. Shanan helped us put together thoughtful competitive offers for each house we were interested in by calling the seller's agent to find out what the seller's preferred closing terms were before we made an offer. Shanan clearly explained our rights as a buyer and advised us on different strategies we could exercise to create a more competitive offer. She was adamant while we wanted to present a competitive offer, we also should not overpay for a house. She educated us about the use of escalation clauses to avoid paying in huge excess beyond the #2 offer. We absolutely would recommend Shanan to friends or family in the market to buy a home.

Buying a house with the help of Edder was the easiest transaction we have ever made! We were scared since it was our first time trying to buy a house but he was always on top of everything, giving us advice and helped us understand everything that we needed to know. We have him to thank for helping us achieve our dream of owning our first home ?? ?? He was awesome to work with!
