Sergey was amazing to work with during our home purchase. He certainly dedicates his time and attention to helping you find the house you want. He is an expert at knowing the local community and knowing what drives the market. We had to out compete two other offers that were put on our house the day after it's open house. Because of Sergey's knowledge over the local market, he was able to guide us on providing a creative yet competitive offer for the house which was accepted. The house was taken off the market within one week of being listed! That's how hot and competitive the market in our area is and Sergey made it possible for us to get the home we were looking for. I highly recommend Sergey for your home buying efforts!

Sergey was an excellent realtor that worked hard to close fast on our perfect home. He is an excellent communicator that kept us up to date throughout the buying process, and got us connected with many local experts to upgrade the house to our liking. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase around the Annapolis area.
