I have been in customer service, sales, and marketing for 55 years. We have also bought and sold 7 houses. Serena and her "Inspire Team" gave us the best service, by far, that I have ever experienced. Serena is very detail oriented and has trained every team member to be the same. Wander takes the best "hi-def" photographs that I've ever seen. Brenda was so patient and attentive while helping us select our new place to, hopefully, spend the rest of our life. Serena and her Administrative Assistant, Paola, throughout the entire selling/buying process, helped us "dot every I and cross every T" at a level that no other real estate agent ever has. However, to me, the most important thing I can tell you is that Serena has the heart of angel and that her integrity is beyond reproach.

Serena was one of the most outstanding realtors that I have ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and what was needed to sell my father's home that was part of an estate sale. I can't say enough good things about Sebrena. She was a pleasure to work with and provided a level of expertise that assisted me to make some very difficult decisions about pricing and how much I should invest to maximize my sale potential without overspending. This was crucial to achieve a sale price that was $150,000 more than what 2 other top national real estate companies recommended. That's why I went with Serena. She had a vision and strategy that was unparalleled to what others offered. Thank you Serena!!!

The INSPIRE team is hands down the best Real Estate team on Cape Cod. Serena LoPiccolo-Smith helped us navigate through the post pandemic housing market and purchase our dream home! Serena made sure to meet with us regularly and her attention to detail and knowledge of the market is unmatched. Serena was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, and understood our needs from the very first meeting. I would recommend Serena and the INSPIRE team to anyone! We can not thank you enough for your hard work and dedication!

Our experience with Serena was exemplary. Prior to starting this review my husband and I wondered "If Serena could have done one thing better what would it have been", and to our astonishment we came up with nothing. We were referred to Serena by a cousin that lives in Falmouth. We live off Cape and met with her at the Mid Cape house we were selling, and she suggested we make some improvements before she listed the house. She had already developed the profile of the ideal buyer and a marketing strategy. We never saw her again. The work began a few weeks later and shortly after we had our first offer- a neighbor who the contractors let in. It was low and we declined it. A couple of days later Serena received a sight unseen offer from an out of state buyer but it fell through because of Covid-19. The house wasn't even listed yet but she was working her magic. Before the week was out she had a 3rd offer that we eventually accepted. Before we accepted she had a 4th offer, in writing, in case the 3rd offer fell through. She always had a Plan B and sometimes a Plan C. Following their inspection, the buyers' agent presented a list of "issues of concern" with the house. What did Serena do? She sealed the deal with the house "as is" AND raised the price! I should mention that she found us a very local contractor (he lived 5 minutes from the house), who did an awesome job on all the work we needed done, at a fair price. Her knowledge of the area & the process were on point, and she was a true professional throughout. What more can we say- 47 days after we first spoke to her we accepted an offer that was $15k more than our asking price! We closed yesterday. So if you're buying or selling on Cape Cod make it easy on yourself and call Serena!
