Brandond is everything you want in a realtor. First and foremost - he listens and reads between the lines. We settled on a neighborhood and property I wouldn’t have considered due to Brandond’s careful listening and expertise. He places himself in his client’s shoes. Brandond made the process as a first time homebuyer low stress and fun. Don’t mistake his pleasant demeanor for being a push over. Brandond is a tough negotiator who works strategically and transparently to get the best deal possible and isn’t afraid to tell both sides of the deal what they may not want to hear. Most importantly, Brandond provides options and alternatives to every choice and is always responsive. I highly recommend him for anyone in the market for a new home.

We had an amazing experience working with Sean! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer every question we had. When we had questions about negotiating the offer, understanding the inspection report, and even remodeling ideas or facts about materials in the home he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our decisions. From start to finish, he guided us through the process and made buying a house feel so much easier and less stressful. We truly felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t recommend him more!

Rusteen guided me through the purchase of a new home and then yje sale of my previous home. The purchase process was a long one because I took my time finding the perfect place. Rusteen was a great resource because he was very knowledgeable about many different San Diego neighborhoods. On each of the properties I looked at, he gave me very honest pros and cons, always keeping my best interest in mind. I valued and relied on his input. When we found “the” place, Rusteen was an astute negotiator. After my offer was accepted, he and his team guided me through the inspection and paperwork process and everything went very smoothly. When it came time to put my previous home on the market, Rusteen and Sean gave me sound advice on a listing price, as well as all the repairs/improvements that should be made before listing. The property sold for more than asking price in less than two weeks, with multiple offers. I could not be more pleased, and I’m very grateful.
