My wife and I have been working with Scott both in person and via the internet for over 3 years. We were referred to Scott through a mutual friend. He has been very patient, informative and a real pleasure to work with. Without his diligence, knowledge of the area and his personal assistance we probably would still be wavering on buying a winter Florida home (we reside in Michigan). Now having made the purchase, we are confident we made the right decision. Scott was instrumental in getting us into the right location at the right price--a home that meets all of our needs and what will certainly become a destination for our extended family to enjoy.

We have been using Scott Riddle for my real estate transactions since 2005. Scott has been extremely helpful in every phase of our dealings. Living out of state as we do, we needed someone to handle and manage many real estate issues and Scott was always there for us, working hard in in a timely manner, going above and beyond our expectations. I would not even think of using anyone but Scott for any future real estate needs. He is simply the best, hands down.

Scott helped us purchase our retirement condo. He demonstrated the utmost professionalism and his knowledge of the market was very helpful. We were relocating from Texas so the long distance throughout the construction and closing was especially problematic. Scott’s attention and responsiveness was invaluable. We have dealt with multIple agents over the many years and we truly feel Scott ranks as the best. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Scott came highly recommended and for good reason. It quickly became obvious while working with him that he is seriously dedicated to his profession: he worked hard to find me the right property (which was no easy task given what I was after), always provided his honest opinion on a property's value, and used his decades of experience in the Southwest FL market to my advantage when it came to price negotiation. Best realtor I have ever worked with.

Scott is excellent he has stuck with me for buying 2 houses and selling my current home. I have used him and only him for all my transactions and I would not use anyone else. He has been present for closing at all my homes and is easy to ask questions to if needed. Would recommend him to anyone! Respectful, reliable, honest.
