Roxanne and her assistant Sean belong on the cover of Top Agent Magazine. They sold our high-end Naples condo furnished remarkably quickly, in a soft market, for essentially the asking price. What else could you ask for? Nothing. Nonetheless, they prepared the condo for showing, straightened the place, shipped wanted personal items to NYC, arranged for improvements, found a lawyer to review the contract/handle the closing, and even took care of utilities. All of this meant we did not have to travel to Naples. Roxanne and Sean were always thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, available, responsive, and energetic. I’m a little annoyed I can’t award her 10 stars.

This is our 4th time working with Roxanne and her team. Simply stated, 'the Best'. With Roxanne your home purchase or sale is not simply a transaction. She gets involved in every aspect of the process, both professionally and emotionally. Roxanne has the experience and the resources to ensure a successful outcome. With this our latest collaboration, she was instrumental in guiding us through a same day sale and purchase of our primary home. And Roxanne continues to guide us (post-closing) with working through the property tax paperwork to take advantage of our state's tax exemptions.

Roxanne and her team did a fantastic job selling a condo in a golf bundle community. She is a true professional. Worked hard to find buyers in a slow market and then helped negotiate a very fair and acceptable offer. Her value increased after the signed contract as she negotiated furniture removal and total cleaning.
