To be clear on this review, we had to check the "We connected, but it did not work out" box, however it is only because we are not quite ready to buy. Our task was complex: to investigate and potentially purchase a condo in Florida... from California. With limited vacation time, going through the buying process in advance and relaxing at the beach after the move made sense. However, even if we do almost everything remotely now, finding a suitable condo seemed serious enough to be cautious. Luckily, we connected with Kevin. Besides handling our real estate search and purchasing process, Kevin became our advisor on the area and opportunities we could not immediately see. We definitely needed advice! Very quickly we learned to trust his insightful and time-saving recommendations. Kevin was very fast, accommodated the time zone difference, and made our remote visits to several condos possible. Surprisingly, these virtual visits felt comfortable and sufficient to make decisions. Kevin was also patient with our decision-making process complicated by distance, market, and competing priorities. Our experience with Kevin was excellent. If you are thinking about your next real estate move (local or remote), call him!

Kevin spent a great deal of time showing us properties over the course of several months (approx 6 months). We were 16 hours away during most of the search. I called, text and emailed a lot and Kevin always responded very quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering him at any time. My husband and I really appreciate Kevin and Chad, and all they did for us as we had a few opportunities to problem solve throughout this transaction, and together, we always found a solution. I highly recommend this family team!!!

Kevin and Chad made the sale of my house proceed seemlessly from the great photographs of the house that were taken, the listing and the attentive showings of the house with immediate reports and updates, sold within one week and closed with 3 weeks! Always responsive, efficient and professional from beginning to end - Fabulous
