I've used Scott for property management for 13 years and ultimately also used it him as my realtor to sell my rental property. His knowledge and expertise in the renting and selling market is top notch and really made thing easy for me being a remote owner several hundred miles away. His persistence and professionalism helped me through finding tenants, repairs, evictions, special addendum to contracts, and getting through a tough complicated sale. I would highly recommend him for any professional service in renting, selling, or buying!

Scott did an amazing job! He went far beyond normal expectations of a realtor by helping me fix up my home, getting it under contract the week it listed, and sold at more than I expected. I will definitely be working with Scott again the next time I need to buy or sell!
