Horace is the most patient and knowledgeable person I know. Very professional throughout the entire home buying experience. We had some bumps in the road during the process but Horace always remained humble and provided great advice while purchasing.

Horace was great to work with and professional. I wanted to sale my home and he was very responsive. He came out to my home, gave suggestions to get it sold quickly took awesome pictures. My home sold within a month. I was so pleased and I will utilize him for all my home buying/selling transactions.

My home was for sale by owner, Horace came to view my home & brought the PERFECT family to tour it the next day. Horace definitely looks out for his clients best interest. It isn't easy having realtors show your home when it's not listed through MLS. Horace was diligent at explaining things so both myself & the buyer understood the legal mumbo jumbo through the offer & contract process. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for a listing and/or buying agent!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Horace Ridley! I had experienced some challenges in trying to secure a home prior to contracting Horace, but when he became my realtor, he was very professional and responsive.
