Working with Ashley was a fantastic experience. Ashley wrote our offer letter while she was on vacation. She is a very hard worker and was always responsive. We were first time home buyers and she made everything feel so simple. Ashley is so caring and always made us feel so important.

Zach was SO great to work with! We were living in Texas prior to moving to Florida, and Zach helped us close on our new home without us ever seeing the property in person. He made time to video call us during touring, inspection walk throughs, repairs and final walkthrough. The time he set aside to do this made us feel confident about our decisions even from half a country away! We were first time home buyers, so we had MANY questions and concerns. Zach was able to answer all of them in a timely and professional manner. After closing, he helped us find local experts for the few projects we wanted to finish on our new home. We would recommend him to any one we know buying or selling their home!

Taylor is incredibly professional, knows how to market your home, coordinates with other realtors, and negotiates to get the best outcome. She responds very quickly too, which we appreciated. Amidst tragedy the team was incredibly resilient, and without a doubt, they continue to make Sarah proud and honor her legacy.

We recently moved from Virginia to the Jacksonville area. We were referred to the Rocco Group from my in-laws who used them previously. As we quickly found out, Jacksonville is huge, and we felt a bit overwhelmed. We were introduced to Luke Henry, our realtor. and could not have asked for someone better! He even has an awesome Australian accent. This was our second home buying process and he was better in every way possible than our realtor we used on our first home. Communication, professionalism, promptness, and clarity. He said “it doesn’t matter the timeframe, I don’t want to find you a house, but a home” the first time we met him. I didn’t know if that was going to be true but after working with him, it 100% was. I felt like we put him through the wringer. Luke was helpful, patient, and was never pushy about anything. He really heard what we liked or didn’t like about a property. Both of us are EXTREMELY picky when it comes to our home/selections and he was able to interpret what best suited our needs with every house/area that we went to look at. He kept those things in mind for the next listing or showing we looked at. As he got a feel for what we liked, he was quickly able to eliminate properties he knew we wouldn’t be interested in. Another plus, we did have a couple of “last minute” showings we wanted to look at and he always tried to accommodate us to see the property as quickly as possible. Luke was always respectful of our time, and was great with communicating when he was available for a phone call or a showing. He gave us clear expectations initially (which we really appreciated) 8am-8pm was when he would be available unless he was with another client, meeting, etc. However, he told us if we were up late and found a listing we wanted to check out, to go ahead and send it and he would respond the next morning. (Which he always did) We initially were trying to stick to a smaller budget, but after doing renovations throughout our first home, and finding out how much of a pain it is. We ultimately ended up in new construction in Nocatee. Luke never pushed us this way, he showed us every property we wanted to see and we made our own decisions on which way to go. He only wanted what was best for us. We typically aren’t ones for writing reviews unless someone does something outstanding or really bad. I can tell you it was the latter in this case! We would recommend Luke to ANYONE. Now that we have been in our house for a month, we couldn’t be happier. We are excited to raise our family here! We wanted to say thank you, for making our home buying experience fantastic!
