We cannot recommend Taylor Diaz, Ashley Rutherford and Rocco Group highly enough! The entire support team at Rocco Group is really like none other. They made this process run smoothly and always answered our questions very promptly! Taylor worked around the clock to sell our house and always did so with patience and a smile. On the buying side, we used Ashley and she was equally as amazing and supportive and a true gift! Ashley probably showed us 100 houses to ensure we landed where we would could make a new home and didn't try to just "sell" us on a house! She wanted to make sure we landed exactly where we should and would be happy! Ashley and Taylor both have a keen sense of the market, our needs, and are beyond knowledgable on the buying and selling side. They are both super detailed oriented, organized, and ensured we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. They both continued to coach us on the process from Day 1 to closing as the field experts! They maintained a constant line of communication with us and never hesitated to answer our questions or talk through scenarios. They were always super responsive when we needed it and often reached out before we even had to with an answer to a potential question! Buying and selling a house at the same time can be stressful, but these ladies took the stress out of the situation and ensured we had everything we needed! If something came up, they were quick to problem solve and often could see something before it happened, so it did not turn into a problem. They know the in's and out's of real estate like true pros! We had very specific needs on the house we were purchasing and both are the most educated in the needs of the market aligning with our personal house goals on the buying and selling side. Their ability to form a relationship with us and put our mind at ease made this process smooth sailing! They always eased anxiety and concerns, but also validated our feelings by answering all of our questions (lots of questions) without being made to feel silly! They made us always feel comfortable and would share their honest and productive feedback during the entire process. They by far exceeded my expectations (which are quite high) and always put our needs at the center of decision making and information sharing. Taylor and Ashley are dedicated and passionate about this work! Not only did Ashley and Taylor knock it out of the park for us, but we are also so thankful for the entire support team at Rocco. I also want to take a minute to thank the entire behind the scenes team who helped make this all possible. We are equally as thankful to Jenny Bedner and Rinnell Cohen, who are truly the behind the scenes wizards. Although we were not contracted to work with Ariana Gray, she often stepped in and helped out and was an absolute delight! She was equally as knowledgable and helpful over the past several months. The team approach to buying and selling with this Rockstar team is so treasured! We are truly forever grateful to this entire team for making this process so seamless! I know that Sunshine Sarah is always watching down on us and her legacy will forever continue through the work of this amazing team! They truly understand how to make this process smooth, enjoyable, and comfortable. They really take the stress out of everything! If you are searching for a realtor, then you cannot go wrong with Rocco Group! Thank you to everything you did to sell our house and find our dream house! We met Zach at an open house that we were passing by in the very beginning of our house hunting journey, he is professional, friendly, responsive, and kept all of our wants and needs atop of mind throughout the process. I will recommend Zach time and time again, as long as he is selling houses, he’s our agent. We used all of the professionals he recommended as well as took his advice and I never ever would have thought buying a home would be this easy. He is absolutely amazing at what he does.

I've purchase 4 homes with the Rocco group over the last 5 years. I have worked with other realtors and the service that you receive with the Rocco Group is unmatched. They are thorough, timely, and consistent. Every agent I have worked with aims to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. I'm currently in the process of searching for a new home with Luke and he's been great to work with as well. I recommend the Rocco group to all my friends and family!
