Amelia did a fantastic job. It started with a great listing with lots of pictures. She helped in the negotiation with the buyer's agent. She listened to our concerns and would respond late into the night. The place was under contract in less than a week and closed in about 5 weeks. Very professional. There are lots of bumps in the road when selling a property and Amelia made the process as fairly smooth and trouble free. I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home.

One of the best agents you can get. Very knowledgeable and very experienced, a big advocate for you and a hard negotiator, and very proactive in making sure everything that needs to get done gets done, and just keeping you in the loop. Simply put, I would not have the house I'm living in right now if it wasn't for him. 10/10 recommendation
