Sarah was with us through every step of the process. She often responded to our text message questions within minutes of asking them. Sarah lives in Escondido and is therefore very familiar with the area. Her children attend schools in this area and she gave us house tours in every corner of Escindido. During our first meeting, she provided a detailed process overview of the house buying process. As first time home buyers this was immensely helpful. She made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. During our negotiations she provided insight on her previous experiences, what to expect, and provided realistic suggestions on what we could ask for from the seller. My wife and I would highly recommend Sarah to our friends and colleagues looking to buy/sell their homes in the greater Escondido area.

Sarah made our first time home buying experience so pleasant. She’s just such a nice person, and she brings so much knowledge and experience to the table. She got our offer accepted at the right amount and just at the right time! She was able to connect us with many different individuals, from our mortgage broker to a plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend her at all.

110% satisfied with Sarah and her team. We had several issues and delays come up while in escrow, but Sarah was able to work through all of them and helped us and our buyer to get everything completely resolved!
