Sarah is absolutely incredible! She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help reach your go. She is so patient and kept my anxieties at ease when selling our first home. Our house was complicated but she was supportive and always took every new curve ball in stride. We were so impressed with her negotiation skills, and I am confident that we wouldn't have achieved such a wonderful deal with any one else. She is a dream to work with. So positive and real. I can't recommend her enough. She always had our best interests at heart and it meant the world.

Sarah was extremely professional, patient and supportive from working with us to become clients all the way through closing and I'm sure will stay in touch beyond. I did not feel supported in the buying of my first home (another realtor), so I was really looking for someone to go above and beyond helping me sell my first home. I never felt like me or my home was "another transaction." Sarah and her firm are all about community and ultimately why we chose to work with her. She was engaging in trying to earn our business then followed through with consistent and sufficient communication. Anytime i felt apprehensive completing paperwork she would jump on a call or offer to meet in person to go through it with me. She really took the reins and project led our home selling process alleviating a lot of the stress from us. She coordinated with her and our preferred vendors to get our house sell ready! I would jump at the opportunity to work with Sarah again from a buyer or seller perspective! Thank You Sarah, you were a major step in our journey onwards!
