Amazing experience listing with Sara Miller group. Very strong knowledge and presence if you are selling a Sammamish property as she and many of the people who work with and for her, live there. Upfront she delivered detailed pricing guidance and comps without any formal relationship. She and her team did an amazing job helping me source, landscapers, painters, junk removal, etc. They will stage for you and brought in beautiful furniture. The even brought all hands on deck to help me get stuff out of my house for staging. Sara advised and handled negotiations with the buying agent and their clients as we went through multiple rounds. I give he and her team high praise. White glove service through and through.

Sara and her team were incredible to work with throughout the process of selling my house. We recently bought a home where Sara was representing the sellers. We were so amazed by Sara's knowledge, helpful nature, communication and honesty, professional approach. 2 months later when we chose to sell our home, we couldn't think of anyone else outside of Sara. From the first meeting to the time of closing, everything went smoothly. Sara and her team (special thanks to Karen) clearly walked us through the process, shared their research on pricng model, potential improvements and how to position the house in Sammamish market.
