Sara made the purchasing our house as smooth as possible. She guided us through the process, sharing her knowledge and advice but never pushing us, letting us come to our own conclusions and make our own decisions. I watched Sara Miller sell most homes in Tibbett's Station over the 23 years I lived there. I had planned to contact her first whenever I was ready to sell my home. Instead, I listed with the broker who helped me purchase my new home, as I suddenly had to rush to get my Tibbett's home on the market. Big mistake! From Labor Day to Thanksgiving the house languished on the market. Lots of open houses, a few price reductions, and little traffic. I finally decided to make a switch to Sara. She and Karen re-staged my home themselves to make it look more contemporary, warm and inviting. Sara did multiple comps on her own before we settled on a listing price. Though it was lower than I had hoped, Sara pegged the price right as the traffic she and Karen had at each open house was greater than what the previous broker attracted over months of open houses combined. The home sold within a month of listing it with Sara, in spite of the Christmas holidays approaching, within 3% of the listing price. Had I gone with Sara months earlier my listing would have been at a more realistic price with better staging and marketing. As a result, I probably would have sold at a higher price in September, before 6 months of market decline. Expensive lesson learned. Sara was also exceptional in her communications with me and with the brokers for potential buyers. She is a delight to deal with and represented me well. I highly recommend the Sara Miller Group!

Sara was wonderful to work with on selling our home and finding us our next dream home in a difficult sellers market. She was amazing every step of the way and helped us get our house ready to sell. Her dedication to her clients and connections to help us with our home improvements were incredibly valuable and made a huge difference in the sale price of our home. She was quick to find out details of homes coming on the market so we could get ahead of the crowds. We really enjoyed working with Sara and appreciated her depth of expertise and sound advice. She was wonderful!

Knowledgeable. Hard Working. Incredibly Caring. Great Listener. Honest. With Sara Miller as your agent, you will partner with an incredible listener, planner, communicator, knowledgeable agent. Additionally, you also will be working with her incredible team led by Karen and Cathy. From our initial consultation with Sara, we knew she took her business very seriously. Sara came prepared to meet with insightful market analysis and a strong marketing plan for our property. Our move happened very quickly, so we had a lot to do. With Sara’s home prepping and staging team led by Karen, we were able to purge and organize, stage our interior and exterior and go to market 16 days from our initial meeting. Without her entire team, we would not have been able to ready so quickly and go to market. We received multiple offers and Sara presented all the offers to us in a very clear, organized manner showcasing her expertise in not just selling your home but guiding us to select the strongest offer. As we were out of town during escrow, Sara managed our home during the escrow including opening our home for the buyer’s designers and various contractors. As a result of her excellent service, we were able to begin focusing on our next steps in our move out of state. Lots of agents can sell your home in today’s seller’s market, but very few will do it with such class, professionalism, and calm as Sara Miller.
