When you sign up with Roy, you not only get the benefit of his knowledge, experience and network... you're also getting 'the team' and a veritable arsenal of logistics/operations folks to make the entire experience painless, seamless and optimized. Emily was particularly fantastic about coordinating with contractors, landscapers and just being generally available and thoughtful about all the little/finer things that went into preparing and repairing the home to logistics and details leading up to the showings. Whether it was all of the impressive marketing investment they put into making our photos, videos & drone shots look amazing, or the neighbor networking and gifts for the neighbors, they're just top notch. Roy, Emily and team were also just always a joy to interact with and are just genuinely and sincerely good people. We'd love the opportunity to work with them again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jesse Aspuria. Selling my house was a very emotional and stressful time for me, but he made the entire process feel effortless.
