    As a first time home buyer, Brian was exactly what I hoped for in an agent. He is very experienced and patient, taking care to describe the home buying process to trepidatious clients like me. Likewise, Brian was always readily available and responsive to my questions, no matter the time of day. When I felt I had to change my house criteria, Brian quickly and adeptly pivoted, while never losing track of what I truly desired in a home. When I did find my property, Brian appropriately pushed me to place an offer and was able to negotiate a more favorable price. Brian is also very knowledgeable about the north Seattle area, which was incredibly helpful. He is an excellent agent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house in the King County area.

    Brian was more than a Realtor, he is more like a neighbor and a trusted friend. He was very knowledgeable and offered wise counsel as a Realtor. Brian has extensive experience and resources. His recommended professional resources (ie painters, handyman, cleaners, etc.) were great and fair with their prices. Finally, he was very available. Whenever I had a question or need help I could call or text and he’d reply very quickly. Brian helped “protect” me from the STRESS of selling my home of 44 years.

    Brian did a fantastic job of not only getting us ready and pointed in the right direction, but he was a partner - helping us review numerous recent listings to generate a fair market price, guided us to key elements to sell (things to fix, things to replace, timeliness of activities, people to work with to make everything go smoothly: pre-inspection, appraisal, yard cleanup, house cleanup, etc.). Brian is well connected, easy to work with, and a true project manager end-to-end. We never felt out of the loop, and the schedule he articulated became THE roadmap to a successful sale.

    Brian did an outstanding job with the sale of our house despite extraordinarily difficult circumstances he was thrown (both the market and parties involved) I would definitely recommend Brian and hope to use his services in the future.

    Brian helped my parents navigate a tight market during a major out-of-state transition. Their parameters were very small and the desired neighborhood had limited options - Brian got them through these challenges with patience, understanding, and a solid knowledge of the market (and the complications of human nature!). Brian was always responsive and kind - and helped them get a good price in a very competitive market. I would recommend Brian to anyone!
