Bob was so great to work with. I was a first-time buyer that was pretty unfamiliar with the process. Both Sara and Bob did a wonderful job of outlining everything up front. The whole team struck an amazing balance of not pushing me, while also presenting me with all available options. When the perfect house for my situation popped up, Bob was on the ball to make sure it did not slip through our fingers. He was invaluable with his knowledge and advice. The Foltz team was great to work with from start to finish. Sara has now helped me over the last 5 years with the selling one house and buying two. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Sara has been fantastic throughout this process. I was a first time buyer and she was just what I needed! Very direct, patient, and compassionate to my needs throughout the sale. She offered advice on things outside the scope of her job, and maintained a positive attitude even when we hit some snags with closing (due to the seller’s side, no fault of hers!)
