ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The KimTim team was absolutely amazing from start to finish, with the sale of my home, and the purchase of my new home. The Communicated with me every step of the way. Any questions or concerns, they answered swiftly and promptly in a way I can understand. I was feeling overwhelmed, and stressed at times, they were always there to offer reassurance and guidance. The KimTim Team has a person that handles each step of the process, and I can tell you every member was professional, courteous, Kind, Thought, and genuine, and was there anytime I needed them. Sydney Burdge from the KimTim team was a joy to work with. She was patient and her insight helped us find the perfect new home. We were very specific in what we were looking for so it took about six months to find. On the other side Tim helped us sell our house for a good price and with fine support in the selling process.

KimTim team are the superbowl, world series, and stanley cup champions of Real Estate. If you want to never be left in the dark, left on read, or left wondering what exactly is going on with your home selling, or buying process, make the call to them. From day ONE, they were prompt, professional, and know exactly what to do in what most see as a VERY confusing process. Trust their process, no matter how tedious, or work heavy it may seem, because these people are the real deal! We wondered about some of the requests they had, but followed their instruction, and had our house sold within 48 hours. And it was not an easier house to sell only being a 2 bed 1 bath sub 800 square foot house. They listened to our wants, and needs, gave realistic numbers and information through out the process. We were never left wondering if the ball was rolling or not, we knew what was going on every step of the way. Hands down the best in the business. They have a person for everything, you'll speak with their whole team before the deal is done, and everyone we've communicated with was just as professional, and a pleasure to deal with as the next.
