KimTim team are the superbowl, world series, and stanley cup champions of Real Estate. If you want to never be left in the dark, left on read, or left wondering what exactly is going on with your home selling, or buying process, make the call to them. From day ONE, they were prompt, professional, and know exactly what to do in what most see as a VERY confusing process. Trust their process, no matter how tedious, or work heavy it may seem, because these people are the real deal! We wondered about some of the requests they had, but followed their instruction, and had our house sold within 48 hours. And it was not an easier house to sell only being a 2 bed 1 bath sub 800 square foot house. They listened to our wants, and needs, gave realistic numbers and information through out the process. We were never left wondering if the ball was rolling or not, we knew what was going on every step of the way. Hands down the best in the business. They have a person for everything, you'll speak with their whole team before the deal is done, and everyone we've communicated with was just as professional, and a pleasure to deal with as the next. The KimTim Team made buying my first home so much easier than I could have imagined. It was incredibly overwhelming at first, but their patience and knowledge helped me feel comfortable with every option available to me along the way. Even when we ran into some difficulties during the closing process (due to the seller), It felt like we were a team trying to find the best strategy to make the purchase a win for us.
