We hired Sandi Van Camp and her team to sell our cousin’s duplex in Fairport, NY as we live in excess of 300 miles from the property. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Sandi handled every aspect of the transaction, from arranging to do the final clean out the unit, coordinating repairs, donating & finding homes for many of the personal possessions on top of the standard services of staging the homes, holding open houses and handling the details of the closing. She properly priced the property, with the winning bid being 20% over the listing price. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t accomplish. While we have both dealt with numerous realtors that were excellent, none of them could come close to Sandi’s professionalism or extraordinary level of service. Sherry succeded in helping me find and purchase a house in this difficult 2021 market. She was a straight shooter, if I wanted to place an offer on a house she would be honest and tell me she would do it but didn t think my offer had a chance and when she said that she was right which is a testiment to her knolwedge of the buisness. She on the contrary would tell me when she thought my offer was a good offer and had a chance and she was right then as well. She was never unwilling to travel any distance for me and fought hard for me through the end. I got injured and went on disability and lost financing through Navy Federal due to their policy. She hooked me up with Homestead funding group and got me my home loan despite of that hiccup. Now here I am happily back at work with a wonderful home to return to and it was due to the diligence of Sherry that that was possible for me and my family. Highly reccomend. Very pleasnt person with a great heart.

Excellent realtor. She goes beyond what I would expect from a realtor. She took extra steps at my house that didn't fall within realtor duties to get it sold. I highly recommend her. Very personable, warm and friendly person.

We invited Sandi to review our home and make recommendations for presentation to prospective buyers. She came prepared with an evaluation and reviewed our steps to success. Sandi then walked through our house making suggestions. After working on our list for a couple weeks we invited Sandi to come over to review, set a sale price, take photos and decide on the date we could put it on the market. We put our home on the market on a Friday, open house on Saturday, and made the decision to review all offers Tuesday 4pm. We accepted one of the offers on Tuesday evening, and plan to close in a month. Our success was primarily due to the wonderful service we received from Sandi and her team.
