Working with Mike Crane was a great experience. We had a private offer on our home that fell through after several months had passed. We contacted Mike to help us get our home listed ASAP, because we had found a home to buy. He and Jacky came up with a comprehensive plan to list our unique property, which had been a B&B, but it was also our home. We had a small owner's cottage in the back yard. We were apprehensive because our listing went live just before the Christmas holidays. Whatever they did, it worked! We had several viewings and an offer in 3 days! We were grateful for their expertise, Mike's knowledge of the "process" to sell our house, and the efficiency of the whole event. We closed quickly and could buy the house we wanted.

Scott was a pleasure to work with! It was thanks to him that we were able to buy our first house back in 2021! When we went to see the house, I really loved it and had to have it. With the market being so competitive at the time, I wasn't sure what would be a good offer. Scott did research on the neighborhood and helped come up with a competitive offer. In the end, my offer was accepted! When ever I had any questions, he would get back to me within minutes. He helped me and family every step of the way during the closing process. He was always happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him! We will definitely work with him again once we're ready to buy our next house.
